A SixD engineer worked side by side with a manufacturer's technicians to instrument a problem component on an aircraft cargo handler. The company's goal was to get the data fast, using new data acquisition equipment it had just purchased. Our engineer worked with both the test equipment provider and the customer to ensure that the technicians and the test were ready to go when the hardware arrived. He spent three days on-site to: (1) instrument the cargo handler, (2) set up the test, and (3) train the technicians how to use the hardware and analysis software while they conducted the test.
